The My Kiehl’s Rewards program ("My Kiehl’s Rewards"), operated by L’Oréal USA, Inc., is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United states and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. You need not join to purchase products at Kiehl’s and any personal information you provide to My Kiehl’s Rewards will be subject to Kiehl’s privacy policy. Membership in My Kiehl’s Rewards and its benefits are offered at the discretion of Kiehl’s, a member of the L’Oreal USA family of brands. Kiehl’s may, at any time, terminate, change, limit, modify or cancel My Kiehl’s Rewards or any rules, regulations, benefits or conditions of participation by posting the modified rules on this page. Your continued participation in the program after such posting will CONSTITUTE your acceptance. Your member account is activated the day you enroll in My Kiehl’s Rewards. Once you’ve enrolled in My Kiehl’s Rewards, you can earn points by completing qualifying purchases at Kiehl’s Retail Stores or Kiehls.com.
Your email address is your username for your My Kiehl’s Rewards account. Please be sure to use your registered email address when logging into Kiehls.com or referencing your My Kiehl’s Rewards account in store.
Once you’ve enrolled in My Kiehl’s Rewards, you can earn points by completing qualifying purchases at Kiehl’s Retail Stores or Kiehls.com.
You can also earn points by referring your friends to join My Kiehl’s Rewards and make a purchase, recycling Kiehl’s products in store, and participating in our consultation services.Once you’ve enrolled in My Kiehl’s Rewards, you can earn as many points as what you have spent on qualifying purchases at Kiehl’s Retail Stores and Kiehls.com.
You can also earn points by engaging with Kiehl’s:
- Referring your friends to join My Kiehl’s Rewards and shop on Kiehls.com: 25 points per friend who joins Kiehl’s Rewards and makes a qualifying purchase
- Recycling empty Kiehl’s products in store: 10 points per item
- Consultation: 25 points per virtual or in-store expert consultation (limit 4x per year)
