Our first priority is the safety, health and well-being of customers, employees and partners.
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Expect 1-2 business days for processing). We use a variety of standard shipping carriers. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Standard Shipping Charges apply.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands take 4-6 additional days. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout."
We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time. APO orders will be shipped via Smartpost. Please anticipate a 4 to 6 additional days delivery. Standard shipping charges apply.
We use a variety of express shipping carrier that do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes. APO and PO Boxes will be shipped via Smartpost Standard shipping charges.

Please note, due to shipping regulations, a number of our products are required to ship by ground within the United States. Additionally, these products cannot ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands. If priority shipping is selected upon check-out, you will be notified if one or more of your products are not eligible and the entire order will be shipped via ground shipping.
We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST (Noon) M-Th and 11am EST Friday will not be processed until the next business day.

For products purchased in store, please return to the original point of purchase.
As a courtesy, we offer a Buy Online, Return In Store program at all Kiehl’s freestanding locations for our customer’s ease. We also offer easy returns through Narvar for orders purchased after 11/8/2022. Simply click here to initiate a return and generate a shipping label. For orders purchased before 11/8/2022, please return by carrier of choice to the shipping address at the bottom of this page. Customers are responsible for return fees.
If you would like to return your package with your own preferred mail carrier, you will still need to initiate a return online here. Please be sure to initiate the returns process online before sending. You will receive a copy of your invoice to enclose in the return package promoted to provide a reason for your return. To ensure a prompt and secure delivery, we recommend sending your return with insurance protection and keeping a copy of your return tracking number. We apologize, but return shipping fees are not refundable at this time. For our bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return.
Upon receipt of the package, the return process can take 1-2 business days to complete and 3-5 business days to post onto your account. The credit will be issued to the original payment method, and you will be notified by email.
If you purchased your Kiehl’s product with your Shoprunner membership, please go directly to your Shoprunner account to initiate a free return.
If you purchase Kiehl’s products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our money-back guarantee or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
