Safety measures have been implemented at our fulfillment center to protect against COVID-19, and as a result, orders may experience shipping delays. Additionally, there is a three (3) day quarantine of all returned packages. Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Expect 1-2 business days for processing). We use a variety of standard shipping carriers. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Standard Shipping Charges apply.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands take 4-6 additional days. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout."
We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time. APO orders will be shipped via Smartpost. Please anticipate a 4 to 6 additional days delivery. Standard shipping charges apply.
We use a variety of express shipping carrier that do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes. APO and PO Boxes will be shipped via Smartpost Standard shipping charges.

Please note, due to shipping regulations, a number of our products are required to ship by ground within the United States. Additionally, these products cannot ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands. If priority shipping is selected upon check-out, you will be notified if one or more of your products are not eligible and the entire order will be shipped via ground shipping.
We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST (Noon) M-Th and 11am EST Friday will not be processed until the next business day.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or make any order modifications. If an order is returned to sender, a refund is automatically issued to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days of being delivered.
