Kiehl’s Rewards is a loyalty program and, as a member of Kiehl’s Rewards, you will enjoy exclusive offers, early access to seasonal promotions, and so much more! To join, simply provide your contact information in store to a Kiehl’s Customer Representative or sign up online at Kiehls.com/Rewards.
Your member year starts the day you enroll in Kiehl’s Rewards and lasts for 365 days.
Once you’ve enrolled in Kiehl’s Rewards, you will accumulate member account spend credit by completing qualifying purchases in Kiehl’s Retail Stores, on Kiehls.com, in Kiehl’s Spa 1851, or in Kiehl’s Barbershop.
Your email address is your "username" for your Kiehl’s Rewards account. Please be sure to use your registered email address when logging into Kiehls.com or referencing your Kiehl’s Rewards account in store.
You will become eligible for 1 annual $10 Kiehl’s Rewards certificate when you spend $100 during your member year.
You will become eligible for 1 annual $20 Kiehl’s Rewards certificate when you spend $300 during your member year.
In addition, you will qualify for VIP Status when you spend $300 during your member year. VIP status is good for the member year in which you qualify, and the following member year. You must requalify every member year to maintain your VIP status.
Please note that Kiehl’s Rewards certificates are considered "promotional codes". As such, Kiehl’s Rewards certificates may not be combined with any other promotional codes on Kiehls.com or in Kiehl’s Retail Store locations. Only one promotional code can be used per order.
Kiehl’s Rewards certificates will be sent to the customer via email 30 days after the qualifying purchase. Kiehl’s Rewards certificates are valid for 60 days after issuance.
For example, if you spend $100 on June 15, you will receive your $10 Kiehl’s Rewards certificate via email on July 16.
Online Shoppers: You will receive a 16-digit code to enter and redeem online.
Store Shoppers: Print the Kiehl’s Reward email, or show the email on your mobile phone, to the Kiehl’s Customer Representative at your neighborhood Kiehl’s Retail Store.

Log in to My Account at www.kiehls.com/account and update your information at any time. In store, please let a Kiehl’s Customer Representative know that you have a change to make to your account information and they can take care of it for you.
