HOW DO I BUY ONLINE, PICK UP IN-STORE?

For your safety and convenience, select stores are open for curbside pick-up. To place a no-contact curbside pickup order, you may either call your local participating store or shop online at Kiehls.com.

To place a pick-up in store order on Kiehls.com.

  1. Simply add products to your cart, when you begin checkout, you will have the option to pick up in store instead of having your order shipped. Additionally, when you are on a product page, you may also find the item in store to buy & pick up.
  2. Enter your zip code and select the Kiehl’s store nearest you.
  3. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when you order is placed and an e-mail notification when your order will be ready to pick up.

HOW DO I PLACE A NO-CONTACT CURBSIDE PICKUP ORDER?

For your safety and convenience, select stores are open for curbside pick-up. To place a no-contact curbside pickup order, you may either call your local participating store or shop online at Kiehls.com.

To place your curbside pick-up order on Kiehls.com:

  1. Simply add products to your cart, when you begin checkout, you will have the option to pick up in store instead of having your order shipped. Additionally, when you are on a product page, you may also find the item in store to buy & pick up.
  2. Enter your zip code and select the Kiehl’s store nearest you. Additionally, when you are on a product page, you may also find the item in store to buy & pick up.
  3. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when you order is placed and an e-mail notification when your order will be ready to pick up.
  4. When it is time to pick up your order, please call your Kiehl’s store to let the team know you are on the way. The store team will give specific instructions on where to park your car. When you arrive at the store, a Skincare Expert will bring your order directly to your car.

WHAT STORES ARE OFFERING NO-CONTACT CURBSIDE PICKUP?

We are closely monitoring federal and local guidelines and will re-open stores accordingly. At this time all stores that are open are offering curbside pick-up. Please visit stores.kiehls.com to find a store in your area.

HOW SOON CAN I PICK UP?

Depending on when you place your order, it could be ready as soon as same day for pick up. Please note there are times when it may take over 4 hours…please do not go to store to pick up your order until you receive the e-mail notifying you that it is ready to be picked up.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

Your form of payment will be charged only when you pick up your order in-store. If you do not pick up your order within 7 business days from when your order is ready, your products will no longer be set aside for you and your form of payment will not be charged.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

For stores that are opened for walk in service you may add additional items to your order once you are in-store picking up. You may also refund any items at any time as part of our Kiehl’s Since 1851 Guarantee.

For curbside pick-up orders, unfortunately at this time we are unable to process any changes to your order upon placement.

If we have to cancel your order for any reason, we will notify you and your credit card will not be charged.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS?

At this time, we are not accepting returns of any purchases through no-contact curbside pickup. However, when our stores reopen, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of our product, you may return or exchange it for another item. Simply present a sales receipt, to receive a refund to original tender. If you do not present a receipt, the item can be exchanged or we can refund the amount to a store credit and you will receive your refund at the price of the items on the date of the refund. Stores are unable to provide refunds to original tender for items purchased outside of the United States, in Department Stores, at Airport Stores, Kiehls.com, Kiehl’s by mail, other travel concessionaries, or any location not managed by Kiehl’s. Product purchased at these locations will be treated as non-receipted returns and may be exchanged for other items or returned for Store Credit.

CAN I RETURN EMPTY FULL-SIZE RECYLABLE PRODUCTS FOR RECYCLE & BE REWARDED?

We will not be accepting recyclable products for our Recycle & Be Rewarded program in stores open for no-contact curbside pickup only. Once stores reopen, we will begin accepting empty recycle products.
