Our essences are generally recommended for everyone. Please note the following with regard to the usage of pure essences and essence blends and their possible effects on the skin: the susceptibility of persons to pure essences and essence blends varies from individual to individual. Occasionally, susceptible individuals can experience a rash, desensitization or a temporary discoloration of the skin in the areas where the pure concentrated essences have been applied. Sun exposure greatly increases the sensitivity of the skin towards certain essences; therefore, we recommend that the use of essences should be limited to those occasions when sun exposure is minimal.

Question when will you return to the original vanilla fragrance? please please please don't mess up a good thing. if your customers are telling you they want this fragrance you should do what they ask. i do not intend to purchase any more kiehl's products until the vanilla essence is restored to its orig fragrance and offered for customers. I always loved musk. I read about it on Lucky Magazine. Wanted to try it out.

Classic clean scent. People alway ask me what I'm wearing and tell me they love it. I would'nt wear anything else - even though the roller ball applicatior is a disappointment. If you can get to the store and buy the original bottle!!!

I chose the musk because to me there is no other scent like it. I hadn't bought in a while so I now stocked up. Does anyone (like I do now) feel that the formula has changed and it is a lot less potent and doesn't seem to last at all? In the nimety's, when I would put just a little dab in the morning, I would still get compliments after work. Come on Kiehl's, make your customers happy. I'm about to look online for something similar to the original and ask for a refund for the unused portions.

Old memories...That's it. I want to smell this heavenly sent and go back in time when I was young and had my whole life ahead of me.

I love this scent and always get complemented on it. The roller ball is small and easy to carry with me for a quick re-apply if necessary.

I used to have the most wonderful musk oil many years ago. It looked just like this roller bottle so I am hoping this will be my long lost perfume I've wanted to find for many years,.

Tried it at a boutique here on Martha's Vineyard. I love musk. The price is better onl;ine, I didn't have to wait in a line, and I've used Kiehl's lip balm and loved it!
