- Answer Honestly, it depends on the type of hair you have. if you have normal hair, use it once a month. Towel dry hair and leave it on for about 5-10 minutes and rinse. I have curly, colored, dry hair. I use in place of my regular conditioner - about 1 tablespoon and work it in well, leave it in for a few minutes and then rinse. It's stronger than regular conditioner and makes my hair less dry. by susan l 04/16/12

- Answer Wash your hair first (preferably with the olive fruit oil companion shampoo) , rinse well, and apply the deep conditioner, all over the head, and if you're like me, a little extra at the drier ends. Leave in for 2-3 minutes and rinse well. My favorite part about this product is it does really deep-condition in the time allotted.
