Step 1:

To order, simply log in with your Kiehls.com account using the sign-in prompt below this section, or create a Kiehls.com login account if have not already done so. You must have a Kiehls.com account to use your gratis code. Once you have your account login credentials, you will need to return to this page and sign into the prompt below this section to begin filling your basket.

Please register if you don't have an account already, then sign in on this page again using the section below.

Step 2:

This generous perk is offered through a unique gratis promo code. At checkout, please enter the unique promo code provided to you via email.

Step 3:

After entering the promo code, please select the checkout button and proceed to the next screen to review your order. There, you will need to confirm your shipping and billing address. Please note that you will not be able to access this screen in the event that you exceed the limit of your allotted discount or your basket contains items excluded from the offer (the checkout button will be greyed out).

Step 4:

At the bottom of the order review screen, please verify your order details as well as your shipping and payment information and select the checkbox that says "By submitting this order, I acknowledge that these are for personal use and are not to be sold or returned to the retailer". Next, select the "Place Order With Gratis" button and then your order will then be complete.

Step 5:

Rules and Restrictions for Eligibility:

Your gratis promo code may only be used once. As a reminder, Full Time Skin Pros are allotted $350 and Part Time Skin Pros $175. Make sure your basket is at or below these amounts in order to check out successfully, and that your selected items are not part of the list of items that are excluded from this offer. Shopping carts that exceed the gratis limit or contain items excluded from this offer will not be able to proceed to checkout. Orders are shipped with complimentary ground shipping. Note: value sets, limited edition items, e-gift cards, gift wrapping, and pick up in store are excluded from gratis. No more than 3 units of a single item may be ordered.
