How to use Avocado Nourishing Hydrating Mask:
- After cleansing, scoop up a generous amount of Avocado face mask
- Work the rich, unique formula between fingertips until it feels smooth and creamy
- Smooth a thick, visible layer onto clean skin
- Leave on for 15 minutes
- Rinse with warm water and massage gently in a circular motion
- Pat dry with a soft towel
- Keep out of eyes
- Recommended for use 3 times per week
- Try our best-selling Avocado eye cream as an eye mask by smoothing on a visible layer and patting in the excess until it absorbs

Like real avocado!
Great moisturising and nourishing mask. I used to use raw avocado; it sometimes made my face itch but I still used it as it made your skin feel so plump and nourished. This has all those benefits but without the itch!!! Only comment For improvement would be that is quite crumbly when you first get it out of the tub, but I can easily deal with that as the after effect is so lovely [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

My skin never felt so good. Folks that are complaining should read the instructions on how to use this product. If you do it right, it does not feel chunky. Love it.

Great product, texture not so great
The texture is a lot like an actual avocado that you've cut open too soon. Even with the heat from your hands, it takes a while to break it down enough to spread it on your face.
in spite of the texture issue, it's still an excellent product. I used it sparingly and once I washed it off, it left my skin feeling perfectly moisturized and soft.

Great for a skin pick-me-up!
I have used this multiple times over this past month. I was suffering with skin that was going through a series of change with the weather & hormones - it was dry in my usual oily t-zone and not very happy elsewhere. After an application my skin felt refreshed and smooth, after my second application my skin glowed. I will definitely be multi-masking this with my others! Chunky, not creamy at all
So difficult to apply this mask. It’s comes out chunky and you have to “try” to mash it in the palm of your head to change to creamier state. But I say “try” bc it’s almost impossible. It goes on thin not thick and creamy like picture shows
I also thought it was a bad batch and was going to contact customer service but then I read similar reviews
Too bad. I think this could be a great mask.

Although the product was pleasant enough to use it had a very strange consistency. It did not feel like a normal mask; the texture was too soft. However it did have a nice fragrance and it did leave my skin feeling soft. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Inaccurate description
I love face masks. I’m a big fan of almost all of kiehls masks. However the texture of this just makes it impossible to love. It’s chunky, and doesn’t melt. I followed the directions carefully. You end up wasting half the jar, and making a mess trying to apply it. You have to tilt your head back and apply deep pressure trying to smash it in, and have it melt. This is just a miss. It looks nothing like the picture. It’s not fluffy, but actually pretty rock hard. At first I thought I’d purchased a stale old mask... after reading through the reviews I see others have had this issue. I hope this saves others money. Go with the pollution mask for better application, and same results.

I noticed that this product is not sold in hk. I bought it last month in Germany and love the effect. It’s almost finished and I want to buy another one, but so disappointed to find that it is not sold in hk or mainland China. May i know where can I buy it? Do you put on serums or moisturizer after ?
Hi Sammy! We appreciate your interest in Avocado Nourishing Hydrating Mask. We recommend using this 2-3 times a week, morning or night.
To use this, take a generous scoop of the formula, warm it between the tips of fingers using circular motions until creamy, then apply a visible layer to clean skin. Notice how the texture becomes smooth and spreads evenly.
Leave on skin for 15 minutes. The mask will stay soft and may be partially absorbed. Remove with warm water, massaging gently in a circular motion. The formula will emulsify, becoming milky in texture, as it rinses easily away.
Pat dry with a soft towel and follow with your regular skincare routine - serum followed by moisturizer. We hope this is helpful.
