I have thick straight hair. I don't really style my hair in any way, I like it to have a nice flat even look. My problem is, especially after I get a hair cut and it is shortened, my hair gets very frizzy or "staticy" with strays sticking out everywhere. It's the worse right after a shower. I actually sometimes put on a beanie for 25 minutes after a shower to flatten it. I've tried leave in conditioner, which helps with softness but doesn't do the flattening trick. I'm looking for a product that will essentially weigh down all the stray hairs and give me a hold, without any stiffness or oiliness. Is this product right for me?
Best Answer: I have very thick hair as well. This product works amazingly well for control. Try applying it to your dry hair. If that doesn't work, apply it when hair is wet and if still doesn't work, do what I do. Apply it to damp hair and when your hair dries, add a bit more to control any stray hairs.
