Does this remove waterproof mascara?
Kelly H on Sep 4, 2013
Best Answer: I do use waterproof mascara, and this product works perfectly. I never use a pad to apply, however. I put some on my fingertip and softly rub it over my entire eye area. Then I remove with a wet washcloth. I have been using for years and am about to order yet another bottle.

Can you use the eye makeup remover as a cleanser for the whole face on sensitive skin?
Pammy on Mar 28, 2015
Best Answer: I don't have any experience using it as a facial cleanser but it is the best eye makeup remover I have ever used. It only takes four drops to remove the mascara, eyeliner, and under eye makeup from both eyes. It lasts a long time and doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes at all. You might try increasing the area a little at a time.

Is this makeup remover okay to use if you have lash extensions? Is is water based or oil based?
Miriam Y on Jul 28, 2012
Best Answer: This has apricot oil in it, so I wouldn't use it with extensions. Unfortunately I didn't know that when I purchased it but read the ingredients after I got it. I used it anyway for my lower eyeliner and it seemed to make my extensions fall out more. I use waterproof eyeliner and it doesn't even remove it easy. Bummed... I took a chance I'm buying this even though no one answered this question which is over a year old!

Can you use without rubbing lids?
A shopper on Dec 16, 2013
Best Answer: Depends on the makeup. I use it gently on my lids (with a cotton pad) to remove powder eyeshadow, no rubbing required. For mascara, it takes a few downward strokes (gentler if I let my lashes soak it up briefly) and then some clean up around the eyes. A little rubbing, but no scrubbing. Hope that's helpful. Overall this is very kind on the eyes, no irritation even when I've left my contacts in.

Can I use this to remove my foundation? I don't really wear eye make up and this is the only product that's for make up removal.
Eina G on Apr 28, 2016
Best Answer: It has certainly removed foundation in between my eyes and its surrounding area. Yet I use a different product to wipe make-up off my face.

Will this remove fake eyelashe adhesive?
Amanda0408 on Apr 20, 2016
Best Answer: I am not sure. I have never used it to remove fake eyelash adhesive. It is a very gentle remover so my guess is that it won't remove fake eyelash adhesive. It might help to call a store and ask one of the sales representatives. Have a great day. Sorry I cannot offer a more direct answer.
