Please bring back the old gel
Why won’t you bring back the old gel? Remember new coke and Pepsi clear? Just tell me why you replaced a beloved product with an inferior one. Can’t you bring it back on seasonally like the McRib?

Handling Hair During Pandemic
Made my growing, wiry graying hair very presentable during months without haircut. Have become big fan.

Bring. Back. The. Old. Formula.
How many people need to write bad reviews on this until they change the formula back?

Great Product
I had to leave a review after buying this in store without seeing the reviews. I can’t believe it only has 2 stars! This stuff does a great job, defrizzes, gives hair some weight and a nice shine without looking greasy. Yes it’s sticky. Just wash your hands after applying. I put it in damp hair and blow dry. Awesome stuff.

What happened to Clean Hold Styling Gel??
I only bought this because Clean Hold Styling Gel appears to have been discontinued (?). I agree with another reviewer the smell is off on this. Bring back the Clean Hold. Guess I'll have to buy Aveda Styling Gel.

The smell is strange.
I can’t quite put my finger on it, but it smells like a stuffy abandoned building.
What makes no sense is that you STILL show the formula everyone seemed to love right next to this. Kiehls really should bring that original gel back, it clearly outperforms this new, very unpopular replacement.

Horrible...bring back the old WONDERFUL formula
I was a huge fan of the previous styling gel. It was the best...looked natural but held my hair in place. I commented to a friend how much I liked that product and he then gifted me a tube of the new formula. HORRIBLE PRODUCT. Why would Kiehl kill a product that was so fantastic only to replace it with this atrocious product? As a faithful user of many Kiehl products, this one baffles me.
