Facial Fuel SPF 20 is rated 3.4 out of 5 by 125.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible decision I used the spf 15 version for years and loved it. It was lightweight. It didn’t make my skin shiny. And it smelled fresh. This is a complete disappointment. Who tested and approved this product? It reminds me of a cheap sunscreen you can buy at a souvenir stand at the beach. Looks like I’m not the only one who thinks so, either. You lost a loyal customer until the 15 returns to the inventory.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Oily I had the same poor experience as many other users with this new formula. It’s not at all refreshing and applies like sunscreen.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New formulation = Unpleasant surprise I've been using Facial Fuel with SPF15 for years and was intrigued when I saw the new tube arrived with SPF20. That changed quickly to shock as it is now white and greasy instead of the previous light blue and lotion-like consistency. It applied extremely wet and takes a long time to absorb. The new version is more like a greasy sunscreen, the original version was much more suited as a daily facial lotion. I'm sure someone will be fine with the newer version, but please bring back the original SPF15 version. Needless to say, I'd be much happier if they just brought back the old formulation. It was working just fine...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Thank You, Next... As a long time Kiehls user (15+ years), I echo the same as many of the other reviews. This new formula feels oily, greasy and leaves a major shine on the skin. I used it for two weeks and just couldn't take it any longer. It also smells like sunscreen, which isn't pleasant. I looked forward to additional SPF protection but this is a no go for me. Sad to say this was my first ever return to Kiehls.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Why the change? I agree with all of the recent reviews. The new formula for Facial Fuel SPF 20 is a total disappointment. I bought this in early January but only started using it last week when my old Facial Fuel SPF 15 ran out. New formula is very different and leaves my skin shiny and feeling greasy. Its probably too late to get a refund but I will be finding a new daily moisturizer with SPF and tossing this one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed! I was a regular user of the previous version with SPF 15. I was assured that this new SPF 20 was the same. It is not. This product smells like suntan lotion, is very greasy, and makes your face very shiny. I returned my purchase for a refund. I will not be buying this product. Kiehl’s please do the right thing and bring back the original SPF 15!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bring back SPF 15 Facial Fuel Like the last several reviews, I write to lament the passing of a great moisturizer/sunscreen (the SPF 15 version). The new formulation feels and smells like suntan lotion -- icky! It goes on creamy and leaves me with a powdery, dry feel. The last version went on light and disappeared -- leaving an invigorating coolness and great smell. So sad-- I will be canceling my standing order and seeking a new daily routine (after many years).

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Oh No! Very sad to see that this has been re-formulated. I've used facial fuel for the past three years and have absolutely loved it and have recommended it to a number of friends. The re-formulated version is greasy and does not have the matte finish that made me so love the original facial fuel. REALLY hoping they go back to the old formula....
