I have used this cream wax for years & it is the best because it is not greasy, is pliable, does not leave a heavy residue & easy to work through hair. I have short hair & one container lasts me a year.

This product was my intro to Kiehl's
I read about this product in a magazine years ago, and it was the first product I ever purchased at Kiehl's. It's been my go-to hair styling product... and then you changed it. I've used many other Kiehl's products that have also been changed or discontinued, but this one is the most disappointing. Please bring the old formula back! None of your other products are a substitute or replacement. (And the men's product smells terrible.)

You have lost a long-time customer
I have used the molding cream for several years. It is the ONLY thing that works on my hair. I will no longer be purchasing ANY of your products. You might want to check with customers in the future before you discontinue a product.

Why why why did you discontinue this product? My boyfriend loves it and his hair looks great with it. I am going to try the wax that Kiehl's is saying to replace this product with but 1st, the reviews are all very discouraging and they want the paste back as well and 2nd, the wax is about 1/4 the size of the malleable paste jar for about the same price. Bring it back please! I hate when companies discontinue products!
