Sigrid M:No, it's more like a moisturizer that softens lines. It's not like a foundation or powder that will flake off. It's nice and it does soften lines but you should also know the effect is temporary. You can go to a Kiehl's store and ask for a sample. B J W:Hi, carrie. I am 59 and have used the Double Strength Deep Wrinkle filler for over a year now. I apply it right after my toner and let it absorb for @ 3 minutes. Then I use Powerful Strength Line Reducing Concentrate--and wait for that to absorb before applying my moisturizer. I find that I get better results if I let the product absorb. Also, you might want to try eye products for wrinkle reduction. I find them to be very effective around the mouth area, too. :) Hope this helps. BJMay 4, 2012

Maureen M:I have been using Kiehl's Wrinkle Filler for quite awhile & it does really work. I needed it to fill a depression line on the bridge of my nose where a cyst had been removed many years ago. It has really helped smooth it out. I found it works best with just a thin amount.
I stopped using it for awhile but since you sent me this email I decided to use it this morning & was really surprised at how good it looks! I had a new tube & it went on so perfectly. I feel much more confident using this product, as you cannot see the line now at all. I will use it now every morning.
