Dina R:I have not used the Clarisonic skin brush but based on what I know about it, as well as my extensive experience with Rare Earth Deep Pore Daily Cleanser, I believe this product can be used with the skin brush if desired. Paul C:I love this product. I have very oily skin. Before discovering the Rare Earth Deep Pore Cleanser - I could wash my face and within at least 1- 2 hours it was oily again. With the Rare Earth, my skin feels to be more balanced - not too dry and not too oily - for a much longer period of the day. Jennifer P:Try Proactiv for a few months first. In most cases, I've found reducing acne to be simply a matter of a proper cleansing routine that includes a good cleanser, toner AND acne lotion. The combination Proactiv offers is more affordable than Kiehl's, as each of these products needs to be purchased individually. When purchased separately, the products do not effectively treat acne.
However, I did find that once I got my acne under control and needed a more refined product just to treat the oily areas of my skin, the Rare Earth collection did the job very nicely. The Rare Earth Daily Cleanser works great on the oily areas, but tends to dry out the non-oily areas, so I'd recommend using it less frequently once the oily areas once they are less of a problem.Apr 16, 2013
Leslie G:My face tends to have large poes, red pimply bumps and is extremely oily. I bought this product over a year ago when we moved to a more humid environment. I find it does as advertised, minimizes oil and pores and exfoliates nicely. It worked, but I also could not use it everyday unless my skin would get too dry. I used it about 3x a week and usually in the summertime. My skin is sensitive to products in that I break out if the product is not right. I am not sure if this would irritate your skin but it minimizes the redness in mine. I also have had good luck with the Ultra Facial Oil-Free Gel Cream as a moisturizer that does not cause break outs.
oriona m:I used it a year or so ago. It really works good in the pores not sure on acne skin I didn't have that problem. The only thing I didn't like is that it dried my face after washing it and It made it greasy the next day. It felt like the skin was not breathing. Now I am using the pineapple papaya scrub I really like it it leaves the skin really smooth. Again not sure with acne. Hope it helpsApr 13, 2013

Alison K:I cannot speak to the ingredients used, but it appears to be oil free. I have fairly oily skin and this was the product that was recommended to me during a visit to the store. I've been using this wash for about 2 years now and have seen dramatic differences in my skin. It's less oily and I rarely have any breakouts. I also use the rare earth toner and moisturizer. sharon s:Yes, Rare Earth Deep Pore Daily Cleanser is perfume/fragrance free. I love this product. I've been using it for well over one year now. I have sensitive skin (Rosacea) but it is also oily and I have large pores. This product is gentle enough to use once a day without any irritation and it does exfoliate. I'm sure you can use it twice a day too, I just have other routines in the evening for cleansing my face. You only need a tiny little pea size dollop of this product (I don't use it on the eye area) and it cleans my face very thoroughly. Never feels dry either.May 12, 2013

You can use any gentle cleanser that you would normally use on your entire face. You don't want to use the Deep Pore cleanser on the eye area becuause it is very slightly abrasive for the exfoliating effect. I would never exfoliate my eye area. I have never used Keihls normal gentle face cleansers, so unfortunately I cannot recommend one. La Mar products have always been my go-to for gentle face cleansing.

Resa R:I think their Ultra Facial Cleanser would be best for your skin type (similar to mine). It's so great at removing excess oil but not irritating sensitive skin. If you are wanting some additional exfoliation, just use a washcloth when removing the Ultra Facial Cleanser.Mar 31, 2012

Amy W:Depends on your skin type, I have combination, sensitive skin so I used it every other day because I didn't want any adverse reactions if I were to use it everyday. If you're not sensitive then I think using it everyday is fine, the texture of the cleanser is like a mixture of foam/cream not like your typical scrub cleansers so it's not harsh for everyday use.
