Apricot Kernel Oil is extracted from apricot kernels and has a very high Vitamin E content (aiding fast absorption) and is a trygliceride composed of 75% oleic acid and 20% linoleic acid, and unsaturated fatty acids esterified with glycerin - similar to avocado oil and sesame oil. I don't use liquid foundation, so I am unable to answer the question. I use Bare Minerals, and when I apply the Bare Minerals after the cream has soaked in-- I don't have any problems and my face looks fine.

I don't know if this cream is technically or clinically non-comedogenic, but I would expect that all of Kiehl's products would be. I have been using this since the week it came out and have had no sense that it is other than non-comedogenic. There was a comment from a customer about the wrinkle reducing eye-cream being clumpy, but I have not at all experienced that. I'm pleased, overall, with this product and the way it works with other Kiehl products; I've re-ordered a supply, which comes out of this affirmative experience.

It is a little heavy, so I use very little. I probably would not use this cream if my pores are large. I have small bags under my eyes, and I have not found a cream to eliminate them. Check with your doctor, dermatologist or aesthetician for ideas. Apr 9, 2013

I am 67 years old (and also a Carol!), and I really like many of the Kiehl's products I've used. I use the wrinkle cream every other night, and on the alternate night I use a prescription retinol cream, which I highly recommend to you. I also recommend chemical peels from an esthetician several times a year.
