CHESS-nut EK-strakt
Chestnut Extract is derived from the Horse Chestnut Tree. Originally grown in Asia and northern Greece, this tree produces fruits made up of a spiny capsule that resembles a walnut. In skin care, this extract is used to improve the skin’s barrier function, thereby helping the skin to retain and restore its lipids.
Apply liberally before sun exposure and as needed. To invigorate fatigued skin, apply to clean face in the morning. To refresh throughout the day, reapply as needed. Appropriate for all skin types.

This moisturizer did not clog my pores, none of Kiehl's products ever have. However, I have dry skin and it did not provide enough moisture for my skin type. I suspect it would work very well for normal or oily skin types.

I have combination skin and love the Facial Fuel with SPF 15. It is thicker than regular Facial Fuel and I don't think it is oil free. With that said, it is an all around great product. You might want to checkout the new product I saw that is oil free and controls oil. It was also a facial fuel line product.

Not looking at the bottle right this moment but i am someone with oily skin and this is the best moisturizer with spf i have ever tried. Going on 4 or 5 summers strong with use. My skin looks great and feels great with regular use, never look or feel oily.

This is a great product and really helps with the texture of my boyfriends skin. that said it does not specifically state it blocks UVA and UVB so I would err on the cautious side and use in conjunction with a sunscreen which protects against UVA and UVB. My favoutie is Kiehls super fluid UV defence.
