Criste Marine is an extract with antioxidant properties taken from a type of sea algae commonly known as rock, golden or marsh samphire. This mineral-rich, edible algae grows on rock-formations along the Mediterranean Sea and sustains itself by absorbing nutrients from sea mist and high waves.
