Cinnamon Bark Extract is taken from the dried bark of cultivated trees and is considered to be of much higher quality than extract derived from leaves. It contains an essential oil that is not only recognized for its soothing effects, but is also known to have antibacterial properties.
GIN'-jer root EK-strakt

I have used both cleansers. I like them both. I use Ultra Facial Oil Free at night and Blue Herbal Gel in the morning. I had oily skin for as long as I can remember. Acne, blackheads the whole nine yards. Now that I am 51, I don't have as many issues, but I still have some. The hard part is finding something that works and does not dry my skin, because who needs help getting wrinkles. I have found when I use the Blue Gel I have clearer skin. Please note, it is not really a Gel, more a liquid. After ordering it the first time, I ordered again and I will keep ordering it. I like the other cleanser too, although if I just use it, I do notice it takes longer to get rid of the blackheads and pimples. I use both, because at night I want clean skin but a gentle cleanser.

I had acne prone skin for years and ended up being on accutane which cleared the acne. I was still oily and did not want to repeat the accutane treatment. I began using the Kiels Blue Herbal and it has kept all my problems under control. I have tried others things since which was a disaster. I love these products. It feels wonderful on my skin. Get a sample and try it!

I have been using the Blue Herbal Gel Cleanser to control my oily skin that tends to break out with other products. It is very effective but gentle and does not over dry the skin. It also leaves you with a wonderful tingling feeling that lets you know it is working. At 50 years old, this is the only product I will use!

I can tell you from my experience (having very sensitive and oily skin) that the Blue Herbal gel cleanser is compatible with such seemingly divergent skin issues. I have used this as a daily AM cleanser for close to three years and it has never irritated my rosacea, triggered itching or burning (common reactions for me to skin sensitizers) and keeps my skin in great condition. It depends on what you are sensitive to. My skin is oily and sensitive, it responses well to the cleanser. I'm sensitive to quite a lot of cosmetics, sunburn, weather change, dust, ect. My guess is, if you are sensitive to tea tree producs, mint, or things with similar odor, this cleanser may not work for you.

Hi, my skin isn't sensitive so I can't really answer that part but it does good on my oily skin. I find that my skin doesn't get as oily throughout the day and I have less "shine" to my face. My skin has never felt dry after using the cleanser. I hope this helped

I usually this product sparingly and think that is a great gel cleaner. I have normal to dry skin and have not noticed a difference. For every day use and acne I use the Kiehls aged to perfection cleanser because it is a gritty white cleanser. I feel like i am really cleanig my pores especially because i work out alot.
