If you don't need the SPF, I'd just get the one without. SPF is a great bonus in such a terrific cream, though, if you DO need one.

Roxana H:I recommend this cream to any one over 30. I have been using this cream since 2005 and absolutely love it. I wear contacts and it does not creep. It is light going on and staying, but very powerful. You see the results in your skin rather quickly. I would not be with out this cream for anything. I am currently running out of my "stock" and getting ready to replenish. I usually buy 2-3 at a time. You will not be sorry. I also recommend the eye cream and the serum of the same line. I have tried their marine line, but I have not been as happy. The Abyssine line is phenomenal, by the way I am 60 years old and when I go to have my facials done, they usually tell me my skin is that of a 30 to 40 year old.
