Sheepy S: I mix the moisturizer with my own foundation. It might seem like a bit of fuss, but I like the flexibility of being able to change the foundation color with the season without having to buy two different tinted moisturizers. And although I am partial to certain brands of foundation, I find that if I am mixing it with the Ultra Moisturizer, I can cheat on the foundation and buy something a little less expensive. Deborah F: I was just getting ready to re-order this mositurizer. I am 62 years old and have tried multiple products but Kiehl's Ultra Facial Moisturizer is perfect for my skin. It isn't greasy, makes my skin look moist and helps my make up go on smoothly. Please don't discontinue this product.

Dorothy P: Both the moisturizer and cream are excellent products. You can't go wrong with either one. I would say that if you have combination skin, the moisturizer is lighter than the cream. For dry skin, I would recommend the cream. Each has a different texture. I find the cream has better absorption. I use it instead of a primer under makeup, but both work well under makeup. Both work well as a night-time moisturizer. Apply to freshly washed skin that is still slightly moist, and give a few minutes for proper absorption. Neither product will come off on your pillow or discolor makeup. Apr 30, 2012

Dexter K: I've actually used both and I've found that the Cream is just a tad bit lighter and absorbs a little bit faster. Sometimes, though, your skin can feel like you didn't really moisturize it and you may be tempted to add more. I find that the Moisturizer is just the right balance or fast absorbing, no-greasy feel, but still leaving the skin looking and feeling great.
I have skin that can get pretty oily and I follow the "cleanse > tone > moisturize" regimen. The Moisturizer brings the balance right back. Apr 29, 2012

I ordered several shades and found they were more like an opaque liquid makeup and less like something I wanted which was a moisturizer with just a hint of tint and transparent. Didn't work for me. I wanted something I could wear on those days I didn't wear makeup but wanted a little something on my face. Threw them both away.
