Avocado Oil, derived from the fruit of a tropical American tree, is a rich, fatty-acid emollient. Avocado Oil is known to be the most moisturizing of any fruit oil. It is also a natural source of Amino Acid proteins, Vitamins A, D, E, and potassium. Helps to restore the natural moisture of the skin.
BAY-tuh KA-ruh’-teen
Beta-Carotene is a naturally derived antioxidant predominantly found in many orange/red vegetables such as carrots. It is used in Vitamin A production and gives an orange tint when used in skin care products.

unfortunately no, it is an excellent moisturizer for eye area. I have been using this eye cream for more than 10 years and got good result. puffiness and dark circle are not corrected by any cream. A good concealer will take care of dark circle and puffiness can be minimized by a good diet and plenty of rest.

Not really relief dark circles for me. But I like it, my sister and I settle down on this eye cream finally after trying all kinds of brands, including Clinique, Estee Lauder, Lancome, etc. It helps reduece the look of wrinkles - I mean, not really reduce the wrinkles, but after you put it on, the wrinkles look not that obvious any more. It doesn't invade to your eyes, and feels good after you put it on.

This product works amazing. I will get dark circles at times due to lack of sleep and staring at a computers all day and this product clears them up. I also get puffy eyes some times when I wake up in the morning and it also gets rid of that as well. Makes me look much better! I buy this stuff all of the time now ever since my first purchase in April of 2011.

Thanks so much for your reply! I have had dark circles since I was in secondary school. So they are horribly hanging below my eyes. :) So I was wondering whether this product can effectively reduce those black circles. Thanks anyway!

It's a great moisturizer. I would think that it would help a lot. To remove eye makeup, I use Clinique, applied with my finger and dabbed off with a wet washcloth. No irritation. I have sensitive eyes and skin.

No, this is my favorite eye cream EVER! (and I am 56 years old, so I've used eye creams for MANY years!) I love it - I never have any irritation and it is so moisturizing!

I am a 72 yo woman who uses the creamy eye treatment in the morning. Doubt that it makes me look any different and don't know if it, or any other eye cream, hydrates or firms. It feels good and that's all that matters to me. I look my age and that's my idea of graceful aging...have no desire to look younger.

I also like the avacodo eye cream but switched to the Abyssine eye cream. I feel it is better for my 45 year old skin...I recommend both items though and often use the avocado during the day and the abyssine eye cream at night...

i bought mine in dec. 2011 & it still seems creamy & absorbent around the eye area. i don't refrigerate or otherwise baby any of my facial products; this one is outstanding. additionally, eye products can appear pricy, but because only a small amount is normally used, it tends to last. all in all, the creamy eye treatment with avocado is another grand slam by kiehl's.

not really sure what "auto replenish" means, but i've been using kiehl's creamy eye treatment with avocado since fall 2011 & i've found it to be very refreshing. as you probably already know, the area around the eyes gets very dry & patting on some of this treatment always feels cooling without being greasy. as an aside, i've used multiple kiehl's products for many years. the last time i had a facial, the aesthetician approvingly inquired what products i was using. after i told her, she wrote them down & put the list in her purse.

Not on me, but everyone is different. This is a hydrating cream that stays where you put it. Refreshing, no real smell to it. I recc. as a first time cream or for younger users that need hydration.

This eye cream is really not age related since it doesn't really reduce fine lines. But it helps to soft dry skin around eyes. The good part is it doesn't migrate into your eyes. I use it daily since I don't have much wrinkles (I am 40 years old), and personally I feel this one fits me the best. Hope this message would help you.

The question above is about tinted moisturizer...not creamy eye treatment. I have never made such moisturizer and have no clue if Kiehl's has stopped making it because I've never used that product. I do, however, use the eye treatment and like it very much.
