If you are planning to put Kiehl's travel size products, then it will hold 14 bottles standing upright lined up side-by-size (2x7). After that, you can still put 7 bottles laying on it's side on top of the 14 bottles and still have rooms left on top for soft items.

Yes, it is only for the bag. The quality is quite nice however, the compartments are very useful and practical. I know it is hard to find a toiletry bag that looks good, great size, and good compartment. Hope this this helpful!

I purchased it as a gift, and it is only the bag, nothng inside it. Frankly, not sure I will give it, and may retrun it, as I think it is rather spendy for what it is. It's not leather and arrived flat, in plastic bag.
