The Ingredients
Argan oil has been utilized for centuries in Morocco for its skin restorative and various therapeutic properties. This fairly-traded organic ingredient is carefully cultivated at the women's Targanine Cooperative. In return for planting and harvesting of the trees, the women's communities benefit from an improved socio-economic situation and preservation of their environment and culture.

Argan Oil
Native to Morocco, the argan tree produces egg-shaped nuts from which a very fine, edible oil is produced with valuable nutritional, medicinal and cosmetic properties.
Not only is argan oil used for its distinctive taste in foods, but it is naturally rich in poly-unsaturated fatty acids and natural vitamin E, nutrients vital in helping to maintain skin's youthful, radiant appearance and feel.

Argan Oil
The 100% organic argan oil used in our Superbly Restorative Preparations features a high content of antioxidant-rich tocopherols, plant sterols, and essential fatty acids (EFAs). It is 80% unsaturated, containing eight essential fatty acids including linoleic and oleic acids, which help to protect and maintain skin resilience, smoothness and radiance. The high levels of tocopherols in argan oil also aid in anti-free radical activities and protection against oxidation, which is a cause of skin aging.

OLIVE FRUIT OIL
JOJOBA SEED OILIt reduces skin's water loss, providing suppleness and softness. It is nurturing for the skin and helps to restore skin's natural lipid barrier.
AVOCADO OIL
Avocado Oil is known to be one of the most moisturizing of any fruit oil. Helps to restore the natural moisture of the skin.
APRICOT KERNEL OILFound to be highly compatible with the skin, Apricot Kernel Oil moisturizes and softens skin while helping skin to retain an even tone and suppleness.
SESAME SEED OILSesame Seed Oil is a moisturizing oil derived from Sesame Seeds. It is high in essential fatty acids and absorbs easily to soften the skin.
EUCALYPTUS LEAF OILIt has been regarded as a general cure-all in herbal remedies for its healing effects. It is also used to refresh skin with its fresh and pungent fragrance.
SWEET ALMOND OILThis ingredient leaves a silky, elegant feel on the skin.
SQUALANE OIL
A highly moisturizing oil, Squalane is very silky and easily absorbed; it has been found to be extremely compatible with the natural oils of the skin.
