Yarrow, a plant native to Eurasia, is famous in folklore for the care of various skin conditions. Its Extract is made from the whole Yarrow plant abd is known for its soothing properties. It is considered to be especially good in the care of oily skin.
Especially formulated for the scalp, this blend of select herbal extracts cleanses and stimulates an oilier scalp area. Does not need to be rinsed off the scalp; it can be used after shampooing or in between shampoos to help prevent oil accumulation on the scalp.
This product may be used after shampooing when hair is still damp, between shampoos, or anytime to freshen, tone and cleanse the scalp area (similar idea to using toner on the face after cleansing): tip head backward to avoid dripping toner into the eye-area. Press nozzle directly to scalp area beginning at the forehead hairline and continue to pass through the scalp a direct line to the nape of the neck, allowing a small amount to exude from the nozzle along the way. Repeat the process in several sections of the scalp area until a uniform amount of the treatment has been distributed throughout the scalp. Using the fingertips, gently massage the treatment into the scalp. Allow to dry (no rinsing is necessary) and style hair as usual.
