This product contains a UV filter to facilitate the protection of the hair from damage by the sun. This outstanding leave-in hair conditioner and grooming aid is created especially for thick, frizzy, dry, or damaged hair that tends to be difficult to manage and tangled. Our nurturing treatment restores shine and suppleness to dry hair, detangles, and creates a revitalized hair appearance as it conditions. Since this treatment remains in the hair, it continues to nurture between shampoos.
Avocado Oil, derived from the fruit of a tropical American tree, is a rich, fatty-acid emollient. Avocado Oil is known to be the most moisturizing of any fruit oil. It is also a natural source of Amino Acid proteins, Vitamins A, D, E, and potassium. Helps to restore the natural moisture of the skin.
Coconut oil is an off-white, semi-solid, highly saturated fat expressed from the kernels of the coconut. It is stable when exposed to air. It lathers quickly and is a good skin cleanser commonly used in many skin care formulations. Lathers readily and softens skin.
Panthenol is a penetrating moisturizer which absorbs into the skin and hair and is converted into Pantothenic Acid, a B complex vitamin. Assists skin care products in retaining water and also absorbs water from the air, aiding in skin and hair moisturization.

My hair is coarse; thick and natural curly, and I have tried innumerable products over the years: salon; expensive; inexpensive, and nothing worked. Kiehl's is a miraculous hair product that I absolutely love and that definitely delivers. I use it along with Weleda Rosemary Hair Oil, and my hair has lustre, sheen and the silk~laden texture that I had not seen since looking at my childhood photographs. Aging is an additional drying culrpit, and thanks to Kiehl's my hair is given a more youthful glow as well. Thank you Kiehl's XXO!

I use this every day. With a spritz of water it revives my curls/waves and eliminates frizz. After washing and conditioning, it allows me to air dry my just-above-shoulder length hair. In the winter when it's dry, it softens the ends which can get crispy, and in the summer it reduces volume and significantly calms down bulk and frizz. This produce actually extends the time I can go w/o washing. And because it adds moisture, I can use products that enhance my curls (which generally dry my hair out). I mix a bit of both products in my hand, and apply to my damp hair.

I got sample for this product from when I bought my Panthenol face cream. My hair is curly, but I straigned it alot, therefore, it's a bit damaged and dry and frizzy when it's humid outside, but my scalp can be a bit oily, so it's really tricky to find the right hair product. I can't wash my hair too often because it'll dry my hair, but if i waited the scalp become itchy. My hair dresser told me that I should wash my hair only twice a week or at most 3 times a week. I'm usually not fond of leave-in conditioners because the ones that I tried usually make my hair heavy or sticky. But let me tell you, after 1 time use: 1). My hair become so unbelievably soft and feel so light, i don't even feel like i put anything on it 2). I didn't wash my hair for 2 days and my scalp is not itchy 3). the freeziness is gone!!! 4). usually i loss alot of hair when I wash my hair, but not this time!!! i'm not sure if it's caused by this product, but i'm convinced that it is!!!!
