Shipping Methods and Rates

We invite you to receive complimentary ground shipping on all Kiehls.com orders of $50 or more. Simply enter the code KIEHL upon checkout.

Our standard shipping carrier is FedEx Smartpost – which operates in conjunction with the United States Postal Service. As is standard practice, the USPS does not deliver on Sunday; thus, we kindly ask that you anticipate 4-8 business days for shipping. Standard shipping charges will apply.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands may require 8-12 business days.

We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.
APO orders will be shipped via USPS with an anticipated 4-6 weeks for delivery. Standard shipping charges will apply.

Our express shipping carrier is UPS. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes.
APO and PO Box orders will be shipped via US Postal Service. Standard shipping charges will apply.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands must select 2nd Day Priority.

UPS Express Service - Next, Second and Third Day Shipping
Next Day - add an additional $15.00 to standard shipping cost.

Please note, due to UPS shipping regulations all sizes of the following products are required to ship by ground within the United States. Additionally, these products cannot ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands. If priority shipping is selected upon check-out, all other products will ship as selected and this product will ship separately via ground at no extra charge.

Order Status
We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST (Noon) M-Th and 11am EST Friday will not be processed until the next business day.

Please expect approximately the following amount of time for the processing and shipping of an order:

East Coast - 2 to 5 business days
Midwestern states - 3 to 7 business days
West Coast - 5 to 8 business days

You may request express shipping for an additional charge.

Customers who purchase products from Kiehl's website may return them by mail. Please call 1-800-KIEHLS-2 (1-800-543-4572) for more details. Items purchased in a Kiehl's free-standing store may be returned to any of the Kiehl's free-standing stores. Kiehl's products purchased in all other locations must be returned to their original point of purchase.

For our bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return. If you buy Kiehl's products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our money-back guarantee or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
