This light-weight, readily-absorbed body lotion moisturizes skin, leaving it soft and smooth all day long, while providing UVA and UVB broad-spectrum sunscreen protection. Our preparation is ideal for normal or dry skin and is formulated with skin-soothing ingredients derived from nature - Jojoba Butter, Olive Fruit Oil, and Sesame Seed Oil. The formula helps protect against the sun's damaging and drying effects, helping to maintain skin's moisture balance. Ideal for everyday use to help meet the year-round sun protection needs of active adults.
Jojoba Oil is extracted from the beanlike seeds of the desert shrub Simondsia Chinensis and has been traditionally used by both Mexicans and Native Americans for skin care purpose. It reduces transepidermal water loss without completely blocking the transportation of water vapor and gasses, providing suppleness and softness. It is nurturing for the skin and helps to restore skin's natural lipid barrier.
A valuable oil for skin and hair care, olive oil has been used for centuries as a cosmetic and food by peoples of the Mediterranean region. The oil is obtained by cold pressing of ripe olives and it is the first press, or “extra vierge” oil, that is used for creams, lotions, hair treatments and ointments. Extra virgin contains a high level of healthy monounsaturated fatty acids and antioxidant vitamin E that moisturize, protect and nourish. It is very beneficial for dry, damaged, or split hair.
Sesame Oil, which is a refined moisturizing oil derived from Sesame Seeds, has the same emollient properties as other nut and vegetable oils and is commonly used as a carrier oil for skin care products. Absorbs easily and softens the skin.

The media keeps telling us to wear suncreen, but so far the major focus for daily SPF has been the face. Try and find a suncreen for the body that you actually WANT to wear every day. Either too heavy, too smelly (like bug repellant in some cases), too harsh (with low quality ingredients that cause skin irritation and breakouts)...or too overpriced.
This Kiell's formula truly breaks all the molds in my book. Fantastic subtle coconut fragrance, luxurious texture...your skin feels like silk in a matter of days. You will completely forget this is a sunscreen. I am in LOVE.
And in my opinion...better than the oriiginal non SPF version. Kiehl's...you really should send out a sales force with samples in hand to dermatologists and aesthetic physicians everywhere. In my opinion, you have a breakthrough product here. Thanks!
