Facial Fuel Anti-Wrinkle Cream

Question is this best used in the morning or the evening before bed? is it recommended for use around the eyes and forehead predominantly?

I already use this product, and really, really like it. While I don't know that I've seen any difference in anti-wrinkles, my skin likes it and it has a great scent and great feeling. It is pretty thick and does seem that I need to use a bit more, so it's pretty expensive, but I'm still ordering it again!
